Payment & Security

Payment shall become due upon placement of the order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT (Value Added Tax). They are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges as set out in the delivery section of this Website.

In bloom accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer when you place your order. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Card payments will be debited and cleared from your account when your order is despatched. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.

We use the latest encryption technology to ensure we offer the most secure credit card transaction facility available. This is industry standard protocol. As required by UK Data Protection Acts, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information. Your details are not held on the internet and all information is transferred to our secure mail order processing server. In the unlikely event of any fraudulent activity we guarantee we will assume liability for the first £50 of your loss, and your credit card company is obliged to take responsibility for the remainder amount.
