Delivery & Conditions

1. DELIVERY 

We want you to be able to enjoy our beautiful lingerie pieces as soon as possible. For this reason, we aim to dispatch the goods within 48 hours. Orders on our standard delivery service are sent by Royal Mail. So, they should arrive within five working days of the order being received by us. To make sure our products arrive to you safely, we send them signed for. Please make sure you provide an address where you will be able to be present when the package arrives. Alternatively, you can always arrange a pick up from your local post office.

If you are in a rush to receive your garment, please select the express delivery option which should reach you within 24 hours if the order is made before noon.

All garments are beautifully wrapped in pretty tissue and sealed with beautiful In bloom ribbon and labels. We send our packages in discreet envelopes so that you can have them delivered safely anywhere you wish.

2. REFUND POLICY

We hope that you will love our garments as much as we do and never will want to return them. However, if for any reason you are unhappy, let us know as soon as possible.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept return of knickers and briefs, so, please before buying make sure that you visited our fitting page first. If you are unsure of your size, drop us an email or call us and we will be happy to help.

All other items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the labels intact. Delivery and gift wrapping charges are not refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer-damaged items (statutory rights not affected).

When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Please note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the payer knowing.

When writing to us, please include proof of purchase and indicate clearly whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you want to exchange the goods please state clearly which item you would like in exchange (any additional costs will be charged subsequent to dispatch of replacement goods). Please include a daytime contact number.

You, the customer, are responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning any items. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase and by registered post only.

If the products are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect, we will, of course refund you the cost of the return postage in addition to the cost of the goods and your original postage.

In bloom as a brand name and its logos contained in this site are trademarks and or registered trademarks of by eve limited. Other names on this site may be trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Copyright in the photographs, site design and graphics contained in this website is held by by eve limited.

 

4. TERMS OF PURCHASE

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

A contract between you and In bloom for the purchase of our products will exist once we confirm your order via email. The formation of this contract will be deemed complete and your confirmation of it will be deemed received at the time and date of the sending of the email, regardless of whether, for reasons outside of our control, you have not received that email.

Product Descriptions

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.

Use of Information

When you register with us, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address, delivery address, contact details. All this is necessary for us to fulfill the orders you place with us. We keep these details, and a record of any purchases, so that we can send you our latest news and offers and to provide you with a better service. We promise not to waste paper and send you lots of junk mail and we will absolutely not pass any of this information on to any other companies!

Cancellation

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Services representatives. If you change your mind about an order you have placed with us, please contact our Customer Service as quickly as possible by emailing customerservice@inbloomlondon.co.uk . Orders are normally processed immediately after you place the order, so we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you when you cancel it. If this is the case then we cannot always stop the order from being sent. Once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us.
